Great Cat Tree for Your Kitten

The Spider is a unique piece of cat furniture that is small enough to fit anywhere and still be the focalpoint of your cat’s activity.  The unit is reversible, and regardless if you have the short or tall side down, the center area is padded and lined with a thermal absorbing layer that retains and radiates back your cats’ body heat for added comfort.

Spider Cat Tree

Spider Cat Tree

Cats love to crawl between the petals to get under the flower where they can discover a secret space to rest and relax, or to spend quality time planning their next great adventure.  The petals that surround the flower provide back support when your cat is laying in the flower enhancing its feeling of security.

This cat tree is also good for mature cats who may not like to climb and jump as they did when they were younger.  The short profile allows them to easily climb into the flower bed and enough all the features of a much larger cat tree.

The Right Cat Tree for the Ocicat

The right cat tree for the Ocicat is going to be one that is tall, has several climbing levels, and provides cubbyholes and pass-throughs.

An "Energy Burner"

An "Energy Burner"

Ocicats are very energetic and curious.  They love to jump and climb, and interact with people.  They are also very intelligent and have been known to open doors or cage latches, as well as respond to many verbal commands like fetch, sit, and lie down.

To keep your cat happy you need to direct the “cat-energy” by providing a means for releasing that energy in a manner you approve of.  One way of doing this is to provide a virtual cat playground in the form of a good cat tree.

Check out the article that was featured in our newsletter that specifically addresses what you should look for in a good cat tree for your Ocicat.

Quality Cat Furniture – Over 30 Models!

Kitten Cat Bed

Kitten Cat Bed

All our cat furniture is hand made in the U.S. of only the finest quality materials.  The smallest kitty trees are only about a foot off the floor, but they do provide crawl space underneath that kittens love to play in.  Our medium sized cat trees are three to five feet tall.  All have padded beds that are lined with a heat retention layer that absorbs and radiates back the heat from the sun, or from your cats’ body – thus increasing the comfort level.  These are a very good height to place in front of an outside window to use as a cat window perch.   The tall cat towers are as tall as seven feet.  Our cat towers feature multiple levels for fun and exercise, and all except the Jack-N-Beanstalk have cubbyholes and pass throughs to tweak your cats’ curiosity.  The “Jack” is a very unique cat tree in that it’s based on the children’s story where the beanstalk grows into the “cloud” – it provides great fun for your

cat.

Buy a piece of cat furniture that will last – stop making a trip to the pet store every couple months to buy a new cat tree because the one your bought just didn’t hold up.

Be sure to visit our website and register for the monthly newsletter.  Two important things regarding the newsletter: 1) We publish our show schedule – that is where we plan to be exhibiting our cat tree product.  If you order a tree for delivery at a cat show you save all the shipping expense.  And 2) You are on our distribution list and will get notified every time a cat tree model goes on sale.  It’s worth the couple minutes it will take you to register.

Kitty Log Cat Tree

What’s short but long, round with a hole in it, and tons of fun?

Kitty Log Cat Tree

Answer: The Kitty Log Cat Tree

We have prototyped this new piece of cat furniture we call the “Kitty Log” at various cat shows the past couple months.  It has proven to be a very popular piece of cat furniture by the fact we have sold every piece we made available.

We are going to produce this piece in three lengths and the price is expected to range from $130 to $160.  It will come already assembled so no one has to put it together, and it will be ready for your cats to play on just as soon as you take it out of the box.

We still have some logistics to work out but should have this cat tree available on the website by the end of March.

Cat Care Money Saving Tip

Small Savings Add Up

Small Savings Add Up

We all know how expensive veterinarian care for our cat is.  Sometimes if you have to pay for prescription drugs over and above the vet bill it causes such a hardship that something has to be compromised.

You can save money on prescription drugs by buying from an internet site.  Sites like 1800petmeds.com and petmedoutlet.com will give you a place to start comparing prices.  Even if from a comfort level you would rather get your cats’ prescription drugs from your vet, nothing prevents you from printing out the price list from the internet site and taking it to your vet to see if he/she will match the price.

Find more money saving ideas by going to our newsletter.

Buying quality cat tree furniture also saves you money over time.

Cat Scratching Post Cat Bed Combination

Cat Scratching Post Cat Bed Combo

Cat Scratching Post Cat Bed Combo

The 2009-2010 National Pet Owners Survey sponsored by the American Pet Products Association says that nearly half of the 38.2 million U.S. households with at least one cat have some kind of scratching post or cat climber.

We all know that cats have an inherent need to scratch and there is nothing you can do to prevent the activity.  So your job is to make sure ’scratching’ is directed to an acceptable place.

This cat scratching post cat bed combination is the perfect piece of cat furniture if you don’t have a lot of room.  The sisal covered trunk is the ideal texture and grain for your cat to rip and tear to its hearts’ content.  The cat bed on top provides plenty of room for your cat to stretch out and get comfortable resting on the padded flower.

Don’t buy two pieces of cat furniture in order to have a bed and a scratching post.  Buy this combination piece and you will save money while getting a superior piece of cat furniture your cat will love.

Tall Cat Perch

The POD Cat Perch

The POD Cat Perch

Cats love tall perches, and we all know that if you don’t provide them a tall cat perch, they will find their own.  They also like to have a place to put their backs up against to feel safe and secure.

We have three special pieces of cat furniture that provide your cat with a cat bed and a place to snuggle and rest their back.

The first is the POD.  Now the POD is not tall, but it does have a thermal lined bed and a circular wall to rest against.  If you put this cat perch in front of a window where it can catch the sun your cat will

think it died and went to heaven.  This smaller cat perch is ideal for the cat that has a real need for companionship because its small enough to put right in the center of your families activity area.

The other two pieces are the Big Oak with the Eagles Nest top, and the Little Oak with the optional Eagles Nest.  The Eagles Nest is a circular cat bed 24 inches in diameter with the wall ranging from 3 to 6 inches high.  The Nest is also lined with our thermal liner that absorbs your cats’ body heat and radiates it back for added comfort.

If you are in the market for a new cat tree be sure to check out these options because we have been making cat furniture for years and know what features your cat loves to have in its cat tree.
